Shipping Policy

*** By shopping with us, you assume the risk of lost or stolen packages.  We ship with delivery confirmation, if item shows as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Any issues with an order once item is scanned as delivered will have to be handled directly between USPS or UPS and the buyer.



You must call our store for any cancellations, we do not always get to emails on time since we ship very fast.  323-254-1240


Return or Exchange Policy

We have a 14-Day (from date received) Policy on RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

Return or exchange requests must be received no more than 14 days after order is received.

Exchanges can be made only 1 time.  No exceptions

Exchanges or Returns are returned at buyer’s expense unless there was a mistake on our part. We are not responsible for sizing issues.

Structured Hats must be returned in boxes to avoid damage.

Item returned must be in NEW condition with STICKERS or TAGS attached, NO ODOR and NO SIGN OF USE or ITEM WILL BE REJECTED.

If hats are bent or clothing item smells like DEODORANT, COLOGNE or PERFUME, return will be rejected. 

Please include invoice or a note with:


  1. Buyer’s name on the order
  2. reason for item being returned
  3. site it was purchased on
  4. date item was purchased.

Once a return is received, a refund will be issued minus the original S&H.

If item is being exchanged, please include all info for the new item desired.

Shipping charge will apply for exchanges or re-ships due to bad addresses. 

In Store Pick Ups

Items must be picked up in 14 days or less.  Items that are not picked up are returned to the floor.  Customer will have to choose another item if no longer in stock or get store credit.
