Shipping policy
RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY:
There is a $5.99 charge for exchanges or re-ships due to bad addresses.
Item returned must be in NEW condition with STICKERS or TAGS attached, NO ODOR and NO SIGN OF USE or ITEM WILL BE REJECTED and shipped back at buyer’s expense.
Returns are returned at buyer’s expense.
Structured Hats must be returned in boxes to avoid damage.
If item smells like DEODERANT, COLOGNE or PERFUME, return will be rejected.
Please include a note with:
- Buyer’s name on the order
- reason for item being returned
- site it was purchased on
- date item was purchased.
Once item is received, a refund will be issued minus the original S&H if there was a S&H fee.
If item is being exchanged, please include all info for the new item desired.
